Current Insulated Bearings
Fully Compliment Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Application
Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are part of the group of radial roller bearings. These bearings comprise solid outer rings, inner rings and full complement rolling element sets. Due to the absence of a cage, the bearing can accommodate the largest possible number of rolling elements.

Rails Guides and Block System Bearing
Application
Linear guide blocks or guide carriages sit within a rail and together these components make up a linear slide that provides motion in one direction. The block is made up of rolling elements and an outer sleeve, and the smooth linear motion provided by these carriages means there is low friction along the rail as it slides.

Spherical Plain Bearings
Application
Explore our plain bearings, rod ends and bushings that meet your application’s needs, as well as delivering high reliability, long service life and minimal maintenance. Plain bearings are used in many industries and across many applications where there is a need to cost-efficiently and reliably meet the challenge of oscillating movements and possible misalignment

Needle Roller Bearing
Application
Welcome to our range of needle roller bearings. We offer several brands including INA and IKO, as well as budget ranges. We can offer yoke type track rollers, needle cage bearings, clutch bearings and combined bearings. Needle bearings can take huge loads at high speeds. They feature a great many small diameter cylindrical rollers within each bearing and this ensures a large area remains in contact with the rotating surfaces, which is how they are able to handle heavier loads.

Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearings
Application
Drawn cup needle roller bearings have a deep drawn, thin-walled outer ring. Drawn cup needle roller bearings are typically used in applications where the housing bore cannot be used as a raceway for a needle roller and cage assembly, but where a very compact and economical bearing arrangement is required. These bearings are mounted with a tight interference fit in the housing.

Flanged Housing Units with Bearings
Application
Here at Sparque, we offer a wide selection of both housed and flanged bearings. This section includes 2- and 4-bolt flanged bearings, as well as pillow blocks and various kinds of bearing inserts. Two-bolt flanged units have a diamond sort of shape with the two holes for mounting. In contrast, 4-bolt flanged bearings are square and are capable of accommodating higher loads. Flanged bearings, as the name suggest, feature an external flange on the outer ring.

Brass Cage Deep Groove Ball Bearing
Application
Deep groove ball bearings are particularly versatile. They are suitable for high and very high speeds, accommodate radial and axial loads in both directions and require little maintenance. Because deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type, they are available from various brands in many designs, variants and sizes.

Yoke Type Track Roller
Application
Yoke type roller bearing track rollers are ready-to-fit needle or cylindrical roller bearings of single or double row design. They have particularly thick-walled outer rings with a crowned outside surface (also available with a cylindrical outside surface on request), can support high radial loads and tolerate axial loads which are due to small misalignments, skewed running or temporary contact running impacts.Yoke type roller bearing track rollers are mounted on a shaft or stud. They are not mounted in a housing bore but supported on a flat raceway (mating track).

Super-Precision Bearings
Application
With high running accuracy, high-speed performance, and high system rigidity, our super-precision bearings are ideal for machine tools and other precision applications, such as high-speed finishing stands for steel wire, racing cars engines and transmissions, and innovative fluid treatment applications. The bearings also minimize noise, vibration, and heat generation.

Angular Contact Ball Bearing
Application
Angular contact ball bearings contain inner and outer ring raceways that displace in relation to each other towards the bearing access. They are designed to work with combined loads, where axial and radial loads are combined simultaneously.
Angular contact ball bearings will have increased axial load carry capacity as the angle of contact increases. This angle can be defined as that which exists between the join line between the radial place raceways and the ball contact points. The load will transmit between raceways along this radial plane, plus a perpendicular line that runs to the bearing axis. They are used for a range of industrial, engineering and manufacturing applications, especially where original construction is required.

Slewing Ring
Application
Slewing bearings comprise an inner ring and an outer ring, one of which usually incorporates a gear. Together with attachment holes in both rings, they enable an optimized power transmission with a simple and quick connection between adjacent machine components. The bearing raceways, in conjunction with the rolling elements and cages or spacers, are designed to accommodate loads acting singly or in combination, and in any direction.

Tension Bearing
Application
These are used in the timing belt and auxiliary drive belt to adjust the belt tension or change the belt running path. JTEKT’s bearings have a long service life even under high-speed rotation and high-temperature conditions, and their high-strength resin pulleys help to reduce the weight.

Clutch Bearing
Application
One way clutch bearings (also known as sprag clutch) are compact, lightweight and operate directly on a shaft. One way bearings are used to transmit high torque between the shaft and housing in one direction and enable free motion in the opposite direction. The torque is transmitted by rollers that wedge against interior ramps.
